Service areas · Collier & south Lee
Twelve areas, one price list, no distance surcharge. Each one breaks doors differently, and each page explains how.
We cover all of Collier County plus Bonita Beach in south Lee. Immokalee pays what Old Naples pays, the Estates pay what Golden Gate pays, and there is no call-out fee anywhere. Pick your area below — each page goes into what actually fails on doors there and why.
Golden GateThe tight grid between Santa Barbara, Collier Boulevard and Green Boulevard. Late-1970s and 1980s homes, most still on original spring hardware.34116See the Golden Gate page →
Golden Gate EstatesAcre lots, detached three-bay garages, well water and long power outages. Everglades, Desoto, Wilson and Randall — no distance surcharge.East of 951See the Golden Gate Estates page →
East NaplesBayshore, Thomasson, Lakewood and Shadowlawn. Older stock, low ground, and a lot of doors that have been through water.34112 · 34113See the East Naples page →
Naples ManorSingle-car doors, extension springs and missing safety cables. We fit the cable for the price of the service call.34114See the Naples Manor page →
Lely & Lely ResortOlé, Lakoya, Classics Plantation and Mustang Island. Cart-bay springs, seasonal checks and HOA submittals.34113See the Lely & Lely Resort page →
Naples ParkThe numbered avenues, a mile from the Gulf. Salt in the air every day and half the houses empty half the year.34109See the Naples Park page →
North NaplesPelican Marsh, Vineyards, Island Walk, Riverstone and Quail Creek. Heavy insulated doors and smart openers.34109 · 34110 · 34119See the North Naples page →
Marco IslandFull Gulf exposure. Corroded cables, pitted springs and seized rollers — the island needs coastal hardware, not ordinary parts.34145See the Marco Island page →
ImmokaleeForty minutes inland and still in a wind-borne debris region. Underserved for years. Se habla español.34142See the Immokalee page →
Ave MariaDel Webb, Maple Ridge and Emerson Park. Whole streets built in one season, so the builder springs fail in waves.34142See the Ave Maria page →
OrangetreeOrange Blossom Ranch, Valencia and Waterways. Two generations of housing that break for opposite reasons.Immokalee RdSee the Orangetree page →
Bonita Beach & Barefoot BeachThe most exposed patch we cover, and a different permit office. We work both sides of the county line.Lee CountySee the Bonita Beach & Barefoot Beach page →
A garage door in Naples Park and a garage door in Ave Maria fail for completely different reasons, and a company that treats them the same will fit the wrong parts. That is the whole reason these pages exist.
The wind code. Collier County designs to a 170 mph ultimate wind speed, and under ASCE 7-16 every part of the county sits in a wind-borne debris region because the threshold is 140 mph and nowhere here is below it. Immokalee and Ave Maria, thirty miles inland, are in it exactly as much as Marco Island.
What Collier is not is a High Velocity Hurricane Zone — that is Miami-Dade and Broward. So the credential your permit and your insurer want here is a Florida Product Approval, not a Miami-Dade NOA. The full explanation is on the hurricane-rated doors page, and what it is worth on your premium is on the wind mitigation page.
We will tell you which of the patterns above yours fits, and roughly what it costs, before anyone drives out.
All of Collier County — Naples, Golden Gate, Golden Gate Estates, East Naples, Naples Manor, Lely, Naples Park, North Naples, Marco Island, Immokalee, Ave Maria and Orangetree — plus Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach in south Lee County.
No. There is no distance surcharge anywhere in our service area. An address on Everglades Boulevard pays the same published price as one on Gulf Shore Boulevard.
No, and there is no night, weekend or holiday surcharge either. You pay for the work and the parts, and you hear the figure on the phone before anyone drives out.
Most calls placed before early afternoon are handled the same day anywhere in Collier County, including the Estates, Immokalee and Ave Maria. Broken springs and doors stuck open are prioritised.
Yes. Tell us the community and the management office when you book and we arrange access ahead of the visit so nobody is left waiting at a gate.
Yes, Bonita Beach, Barefoot Beach and the nearby Bonita Springs mainland. Note that a new door there is permitted through Lee County or the City of Bonita Springs rather than Collier — we work both.
Still not sure? Send us a photo and we will tell you straight.
You get the price before anyone drives out, and if you decide not to go ahead you owe us nothing.
