Published up front
Almost nobody in this market publishes what they charge. We do, because the number you should be arguing about is the one on the phone, not the one a technician says while standing in your garage. These are real Collier County ranges for 2026. Your exact price depends on door size, spring cycle rating and access, and you get it in writing before any work starts.

Golden Gate to Marco Island. Price agreed before anyone drives out, and nothing owed if you decide not to go ahead.
Most garage door companies in Collier County add $75 to $200 for an evening, an overnight or a weekend visit. We do not add anything. A broken spring at eleven on a Saturday night costs what the same spring costs at eleven on a Tuesday morning, and you hear the figure on the phone before anyone drives out.
There is no diagnostic fee either. If you decide not to go ahead after we have looked at the door, you owe nothing.
A 16×7 double door needs heavier springs and cables than a 9×7 single, and an insulated door is heavier again. Most of the spread in the tables above is this.
Standard 10,000-cycle springs are the cheap option. High-cycle springs cost more up front and last two to three times as long. On a door you use as your front door, they work out cheaper.
Galvanized springs, sealed-bearing rollers and stainless fixings cost a little more. Within a mile of the Gulf they are the difference between five years and ten.
Low headroom, a lift in the way, a second-floor unit or a gated community with a check-in process all add time. We tell you on the phone if we expect any of it.
On new doors this is the biggest single factor. A door rated for Collier’s 170 mph design wind speed costs more than a builder-grade door, and the code requires it. Hurricane-rated doors →
The same repair at 11pm costs $125 to $200 more than at 11am. If the door is closed and secure, we will usually suggest the morning. Emergency service →
One honest note about the low end of these ranges. Anyone quoting a $79 spring replacement over the phone is quoting the service call, not the job. The parts alone cost more than that. You will hear the real number when they are standing in your garage and the door is in pieces. We would rather give you the range now.
A useful rule of thumb: if the repair costs less than a quarter of a new door and the panels and frame are sound, repair it. A $300 spring job on a door with ten years left is good money. The same $300 on a door with a rusted bottom section is money you will spend again. We will tell you which one you have. Garage door replacement →
No. We inspect the door, tell you what it needs and give you the price in writing. If you decide not to go ahead, you owe nothing for the visit.
Because a 9×7 single door and a 16×7 insulated double door are genuinely different jobs, and because a high-cycle spring is a different part from a standard one. The range covers the real spread; a two-minute phone call narrows it to a number.
No. On a repair, the service call is included in the price you are quoted. Nothing gets added — there is no call-out fee and no night, weekend or holiday surcharge.
Yes — cards, cash or check, paid when the work is finished and you are happy with it. Nothing up front on a standard repair.
The work is priced the same. On the far edge of the county a longer drive can add a distance charge, and we tell you that on the phone rather than on the invoice.
For a repair, we give you a price range on the phone and the written figure before work starts. For a new door we measure first, then put the model, the approval number and the price in writing.
You get the price before anyone drives out, and if you decide not to go ahead you owe us nothing.
