24/7 · No surcharge · No call-out fee
Emergency garage door repair in Vineyards, around the clock, with no night surcharge, no weekend surcharge and no call-out fee — because charging extra because your spring broke at 2am has always struck us as the wrong way to earn a living. Door stuck open, door stuck shut with a car behind it, storm damage, or a door hanging off its track: call (239) 372-6095 and we will tell you what to do while we are on the way.

The Vineyards neighbourhoods were built over about fifteen years, so the doors fail in waves neighbourhood by neighbourhood rather than all at once. Far enough inland that salt is a minor factor, but the garages run hot and the golf-cart door beside the main one takes three times the cycles, which is almost always the one that goes first.
The housing here runs to late 1980s through to the mid 2000s, which means two-car doors with golf-cart doors alongside, inside a gated community with colour and elevation rules. That matters when someone quotes you a price over the phone without asking a single question about the door. In the Vineyards neighbourhoods off Vanderbilt Beach Road and Arbor Boulevard, plus the Logan Boulevard corridor we have worked on enough of these openings to know what is behind the drywall before we arrive, which is why we can usually give you a firm number on the phone and stick to it.
Inland in Vineyards the enemy is not salt, it is heat, humidity and cycles. A garage in Collier runs above 100 degrees inside for months, which cooks the grease out of nylon rollers and hardens the plastic gears in an opener head. Humidity does the rest: the steel shaft sweats, the bearings go dry, and the spring loses a little of its temper every season. Doors here rarely fail dramatically out of nowhere — they get noisier and slower for a year first, and the people who call at the noisy stage pay a fraction of what the people who wait pay.
These are the same numbers you would pay on a Tuesday morning. Nothing is added for the hour, the day or the weather.

Correct. Same prices at 2am on a Sunday as at 10am on a Tuesday. No call-out fee, no diagnostic fee, no after-hours rate and no holiday rate. It is the single clearest difference between us and most of the numbers you will find, and it is deliberate.
On most emergency calls we are moving within the hour and at the address shortly after, with a car trapped inside or a door that will not close taking priority over everything else on the board.
Find the red cord hanging from the opener rail and pull it — that disconnects the opener from the door. Then try to lift the door by hand. If a spring is broken the door will be extremely heavy, so get help, lift with your legs, and do not put any part of yourself under a door that is not held up. If it will not lift safely, leave it and call (239) 372-6095.
That is exactly what an emergency call is for. In the meantime, if the opener is disconnected you may be able to lower the door by hand and lock the manual slide latch on the inside track — but only if the door moves freely and the springs are intact. If it is jammed or hanging crooked, do not force it.
Yes. After a storm we prioritise doors that are open to the weather or that have failed structurally. If you are claiming on insurance, photograph everything before anything is moved, keep the claim number, and let us quote to the adjuster’s scope. We can also secure and brace a damaged door as a temporary measure so the house is closed up tonight and the full repair happens properly.
Most of it. The van carries torsion springs in the common sizes, lift cables, drums, rollers, hinges, bearing plates, brackets and the opener parts we see most often, so broken springs, snapped cables, off-track doors and most opener faults are finished on the spot. A door or panel on order cannot be, so in that case we make the opening safe and secure the same night and come back with the part.
The same as a daytime call. A spring from $149, cables from $129, a door back on its track from $139, opener faults from $119. You hear the price before work starts, whatever the hour.
A door under spring tension is the heaviest moving object in a house — 130 to 400 pounds held up by wound steel. A broken spring, a snapped cable or a door jammed at an angle is genuinely dangerous, particularly with children or pets about. Disconnect the opener, keep everyone clear, leave it down, and let someone with winding bars deal with it.
You get the price before anyone drives out, and if you decide not to go ahead you owe us nothing.
