Repairs — the same-day work
Spring repair and replacement — the most common failure by a wide margin. A bang like a gunshot, then a door that will not lift. from $179 or from $309 for high-cycle springs that last two to three times longer.
Cable repair — a door hanging crooked, one side dropped, a frayed cable beside the drum. from $129 for both sides. Never one side only.
Opener repair — motor hums and nothing moves, no response in the afternoon heat, random reversing. Often the sensors rather than the motor, which costs almost nothing to fix.
Off track repair — a roller jumped the rail and the door is sitting at an angle. from $159 and almost always repairable.
Roller replacement — grinding, shuddering, a header that shakes. from $119 for ten sealed nylon rollers, and the cheapest thing you can do to protect everything else.
Panel replacement — one dented or rusted section. from $249 depending on the series, and we will tell you honestly when a whole door is the better buy.
24/7 emergency service — car trapped, door stuck open, building unsecured. from $59 added outside normal hours.

Frequently asked questions
Which service do I need if my door will not open at all?
Almost always a broken spring. Look at the shaft above the door — a torsion spring with a finger-wide gap in the coil has snapped. Do not keep pressing the button; pull the release cord, leave the door closed and call.
What if the door opens crooked or one side has dropped?
That is a cable, and often a cable that came off the drum after a spring failure. Stop using the door — a door hanging on one cable is under real load.
The motor runs but the door does not move. Is the opener dead?
Usually not. If the motor runs and nothing moves, the trolley has disconnected or the gear has stripped. If the motor hums and stops, it is often a spring problem being felt by the opener rather than an opener fault.
The door starts to close then goes back up. What is that?
Safety sensors, nine times out of ten — knocked out of alignment, or corroded at the terminals. It is a quick and inexpensive fix and we check it before suggesting anything else.
Do you charge to come out and look?
There is no separate call-out fee during normal hours; the quoted price is for the work. Emergency and after-hours visits carry a from $59 addition, which we tell you about before you book.
Do you cover my area?
If you are in Collier County, yes, and we also work Bonita Beach in south Lee. Same published prices everywhere — we do not charge more for Immokalee or the Estates.
