What to have ready when you call
- What the door is doing. Will not open, opens a few inches and stops, opens crooked, makes a noise, reverses on its own.
- What you heard. A bang like a gunshot almost always means a spring. A snap followed by the door dropping on one side means a cable.
- Roughly how old the door is. It changes whether a repair or a replacement is the better buy.
- Single or double. And whether there is more than one door.
- A photo if you can. The whole door from inside, the damage, and the label on the end stile.
- Your address or community. Especially in gated communities, so we can arrange access before we arrive.
One safety note
- Do not keep pressing the button. With a broken spring the opener is trying to lift the whole weight of the door on a motor built for a fraction of it.
- Do not stand under a door that is hanging crooked. A door on one cable is under real load.
- Do not try to release the bottom brackets. They are under full cable tension and they are the most dangerous part of the assembly.
- Pull the red release cord with the door closed if you need the door to stay put, then call.

How quickly can you get here?
Most calls placed before early afternoon are handled the same day anywhere in Collier County, including Golden Gate Estates, Immokalee and Ave Maria. Broken springs and doors stuck open are prioritised.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
There is no separate call-out fee during normal hours — the price we quote is the price for the work. Emergency and after-hours visits carry a from $59 addition, which we tell you about on the phone before you book.
Do you work weekends and at night?
We are open seven days and run a 24-hour emergency line. Night and weekend work carries the emergency addition above.
Can you give me a price over the phone?
For springs, cables, rollers and openers, usually yes — a reliable range at least. For new doors and wind-rated replacements we need to see the opening and the existing product approval before quoting properly.
Do you service commercial doors?
Yes — rolling steel, sectional and high-cycle commercial doors across Collier County. Mention it when you call so we bring the right equipment.
Where are you based?
We are a mobile service covering Naples and Collier County. There is no showroom to visit, which is part of why the prices on our pricing page are what they are.
