Broward & Palm Beach County
Twenty-two cities, one price list, no call-out fee. Broward is the High Velocity Hurricane Zone and Palm Beach is not — which changes what a new door has to be.
Broward, with Miami-Dade, is the High Velocity Hurricane Zone — the strictest wind zone in the United States. A replacement door here has to be HVHZ approved and tested under the Miami-Dade protocols, TAS 201, 202 and 203. Repairs are a different matter entirely: springs, cables, rollers and openers are maintenance and need no permit at all.

If you decide not to go ahead after we have looked at the door, you owe nothing.
We run a separate operation across Naples and Collier County on (239) 372-6095 — garage door repair in Naples, with its own service areas and price list.
(561) 559-4558 — seven days, and the price does not change after dark.
The HVHZ is Miami-Dade and Broward counties only. If you are in Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Coral Springs, Miramar, Davie, Plantation, Sunrise, Deerfield Beach, Tamarac, Weston or Pompano Beach you are in it. Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, West Palm Beach and the rest of Palm Beach County are not.
Because a door for the HVHZ has to be tested under the Miami-Dade protocols — TAS 201 for large missile impact, TAS 202 for uniform static air pressure and TAS 203 for cyclic loading — not just the statewide approval programme. A door that is legal in Orlando is not necessarily legal in Broward.
No. There is no call-out fee, no diagnostic fee and no night, weekend or holiday surcharge anywhere in our service area. You pay for the work and the parts at the figure you were quoted on the phone.
Rollers start from $109 for a full set, cables from $119 a pair, a torsion spring from $179 fitted, an off-track door from $109 realigned and a new opener from $219 supplied and fitted.
No. Springs, cables, rollers, hinges, tracks and openers are repairs. Replacing the whole door is an alteration to the building envelope and does need a permit, because the door has to be shown to meet the wind requirements for your county.
Most repairs are handled the same day across both counties, with broken springs and doors stuck open prioritised.
Describe the noise and what the door is doing and we will usually name the fault on the phone.
